Brittni Oehmke became the Administrator at Hanover Hospital in August 2016, taking over the position from Dr. Roger Warren who had been the Administrator for 56 years. Brittni received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Eastern Kentucky University and her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Systems Management from Grand Canyon University.

Brittni and her husband, Jason live in Linn, KS with their three children. They enjoy all sports, hunting/fishing, and days at the lake.

Dr. Tyler Shriver, DO
Medical Director,
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
​
Dr. Shriver completed his residency at Smoky Hill Family Medicine in Salina, in June 2024. Prior to residency, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Kansas and completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience.
​
When asked about why he chose to go into medicine, Dr. Shriver said “some people have a good story about why they went into medicine. I do not have a cool origin story, but more of a feeling from inside that brought me to medicine. The more I grow old, the more I believe it to be God guiding me down His path for my life.”
​
Dr. Shriver began seeing patients at the Warren Clinic starting August 2024. He and his wife, Jennifer, and son, Theo are “excited to bring our family into the Hanover community and become part of the Hanover Hospital family. The community has already been amazing, and we are excited to continue meeting everyone.”
​
Through the Kansas Rural Recruitment and Retention Center, they offer the Kansas Locum Tenen program which has allowed Dr. Shriver to provide Emergency Room coverage at Hanover Hospital during the last semester of his residency. “This has provided a great opportunity for both the Shriver family and Hanover Hospital staff to ensure the right fit and to get to know each other.
Dr. Shriver embodies the quality of care that we demand for our patients, and we could not be happier for him to come to Hanover” says Administrator Brittni Oehmke.

Aubrie Schaefer
APRN, FNP-C
Aubrie Schaefer joined the Hanover Hospital and Warren Clinic provider staff in 2015. She graduated high school from Hanover High then went on to receive her BSN from Emporia State in 2003. With over a decade of nursing experience, she decided to pursue her Master’s in Nursing from Creighton University where she graduated in 2015.
Fun Fact: Aubrie has worked in every department of the hospital throughout her healthcare journey!

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Kansas State Nurses Association, and the American Nurses Association.
​
Aubrie and her husband Ben live in Breman, KS with their three children.

Jayda Edgar
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Jayda is a 2021 graduate from Fort Hays State University’s Doctorate of Nursing program. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Jayda grew up in Hanover, KS then went to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fort Hays State University where she graduated in 2012.

Jayda is a member of Kansas State Nurse Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Kansas Advanced Practice Nurse Association, and Kansas City Clinical Society.
​
Jayda and her husband Garrett live in Washington, KS with their five children.
